Total Body Dermoscopy is an advanced approach to skin screening that combines high-resolution total body photography with detailed dermoscopic imaging of individual moles and skin lesions. Using the FotoFinder ATBM Master, standardised images of the skin are captured to create a comprehensive visual baseline that can be used for ongoing monitoring. The system can organise and compare lesions to help identify areas that are new, changing or require closer assessment. Where necessary, individual lesions can then be examined in greater detail using high-resolution video dermoscopy. By combining whole-body documentation with detailed lesion imaging and digital follow-up, Total Body Dermoscopy provides clinicians with valuable information to support the early recognition and ongoing assessment of potentially concerning skin changes.
